We loved the hotel's convenient location on a major thoroughfare, which made it easy to get around the city by bus. The MIO rapid bus line station was just a short walk away from the hotel. Additionally, the hotel offered an airport shuttle service, which was arranged by the manager Anna and proved to be reliable and punctual. The staff, including Anna, were very helpful and accommodating throughout our stay.

Hotel Santamaria was an excellent choice in Cali. Its owner operator seems to be on top of all important details. I visit the city several times a year, and have stayed in other hotels. I finally, found Hotel Santamaria which will be my home away from home whenever I visit Cali. Also it its an excellent value and a great location.

The hotel is simple but very nice. Good location (near taxi station and bus station) and near the universities.
There is no hot water in the rooms at the third floor...

The location was great. The hotel is situated on a busy street, with easy access to public transportation, making it convenient to get around. We also appreciated the airport shuttle service, which arrived early and had a skilled driver.
There were some major downsides to our stay. First of all, there were very few staff members, which made it difficult to get help or assistance when needed.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, as it was situated on a bustling street that had access to the MIO rapid bus line. This made it easy for us to get to all the places we wanted to visit during our stay. we were very pleased with the airport shuttle service that we had arranged in advance. the driver was professional and arrived on time.
the noise level was quite high due to ongoing construction work nearby, which made it difficult to relax or get a good night's sleep.
